Driving Directions From Hwy 31 South - Exit 30 West (Valparaiso Exit). You will go approximately 3 miles and come to a stoplight. Turn left (South) at the stoplight - this is North Oak Road. At this light - Bob Evans, Wal-Mart, and K-Mart will be on your right. The Hospital is less than half a mile on the left side of the street - right after you cross the railroad tracks.
